Looking for postdocs

Hi, recently finished my PhD in cancer research and starting to look for postdoctoral research work. Just wondering if people have any good resources for finding available positions or any other tips or advice when applying for positions. At the moment, I'm limited to looking for jobs within Ireland.

I suspect its easier to design your own postdoc with money from the IRC or equivalent. Advertised ones are often oversubscribed. Also http://www.universityvacancies.com/
