laptop to play sims 4

Hi just wondering if you experts could recommend the cheapest laptop I could get for my 12 year old that is capable of playing sims 4. I have looked at argos and was just gonna pick up a cheap one but somebody told me to make sure that they have enough memory etc.. as I am clueless could someone help thanks
