    Its the holy irish beer trinity :), also a double IPA or any other IPA will have limited shelf life

    The Tesco Rye River range (Colgan's) has an IPA at 6%. Haven't tried it tho.

    Simon broderick has a review of it, but room temp shelf space is a never a good place to store and a IPA (american).
