Advice on renovation

Hi recent bought a house built 1970's. Which needs a whole over hall from top to bottom since been build it's been original but kept well.

House is a G rating on the Ber cert. The outer insulation is too expensive to get done its a cavity block so can't pump the stuff in and other one too expensive.
So hope to insulate the attic first and upgrade windows. The heating works fine and takes 10mins to be piping hot but the boiler in the garage would ideally need to move outside but maybe down the line as budget Is tight.

Would like advice on what's best to instal before putting down new floors.

Back boiler most houses in the area have them but not this one so was thinking of getting it priced to put in or a stove to heat the rad's there is 9 in total around the house all since the house is built but working fine the pluming is copper on them if makes any difference or would I be better off with gas but seems expensive to hook up houses.

Any ideas on prices would be great ball park just so can get a idea.

Eletrics seem fine I live in area same build and same wiring and seems ok but need more sockets in rooms as only one double in each room. Any idea again on sockets prices as again would rather do it before the flooring goes down to make it quick and easy access.

After these jobs get done down to painting and new fixtures and fitting doors and flooring and paint otherwise house seems good budget at moment 5k but no rush to move in.

    Cheers for any input.
