    Hi guys :) ive started an internship since September in a career im destined to be in and i know is the career for me :) im in a montessori and love it. But im having problems with my boss on day one the boss told me the way she likes and wants things done and i have been doing them the way she wants and im constantly criticised for everything i do.

    My manager has just told me that she she is employing someone fulltime after christmas is she legally allowed to do this when im on internship there? I am 3 months there not meant to finish till june

    hope someone can help me :)

    Nope shes letting me go at christmas new person starting in January doing the same hours im doing

    You would think she would give you the work for 6 months if shes closing anyway.

    Exactly shes so frustrating had an interview today for a preschool teacher so hopefully ill get that and i can get out. Does anyone know what rate a preschool teacher would be likely to get?
