    Do you think the 500w PSU is enough or should I get a 600w?

    500 is enough but if you really wanted to you could go for a 550watt but the 500 watt will be fine. :)

    Nothing wrong with that build, but if you stretch another €60 you could afford an R9 290, which is an incredible gaming card and kills the 280x stone dead.
