kedco wood pellet boiler auger issue

Hi all. Hoping someone out there can help. I have a Kedco wood pellet boiler and the small feed auger keeps running. When I turned off the power to reset it and back on again the same this happens. The display says boiler temp and the small feed auger starts to run. What is triggering this to come on. Thanks.

Hi all.
