Front and rear fog lights not working

The front and rear fog lights on my seat altea 2005 are not working, I've replaced the bulbs but no difference, I tried looking up the fuses in the manual but there is nothing labelled for the fog lights. Would it be anything else or does anyone know if there is a fuse but it's just not listed.

Could it be the switch. VAG cars have a pull out to turn on the fog lights
