Moving back to Ireland

I have been living in the uk for the last year and a half. My boyfriend has been offered a job back in Ireland and we both want to move back. My question is will I be entitled to Jsa, I will be looking for a job straight away however it would good to be having some money coming in until I do get one.

I will be leaving my job in the Uk will I be penalised for this?
