    For anyone that doesn't know what it does, you connect your own Hard Drive/USB/SD card(containing movies/TV) to the box, connect the box to the TV and then play the files on the TV.

    I was going to buy one but bought an android box instead, as the streaming and metadata for the files was what I needed.

    Also only supports HDDs up to 1TB, which is pretty poor.

    IMO, This is not a replacement for a streaming / HTPC device but rather an extra piece of kit. Great for weekends away / temporary set-ups.

    Yip, it's essentially the same as the sumvision micro media player and looks pretty much identical, great piece of kit, can play pretty much everything and as you say it's great for travelling with.

    Ya that'd be great if you get a chance. Will be a good cheap media player if it does downmix it.
