How do I enable Intel graphics for quick sync

I can't find an option to enable intel graphics in my asrock b75 pro 3 mobo bios and I was wondering if anyone would know where I could find it. I can't find it on the internet and it's sunday so I can't email asrock. I'll look for the manual but I was hoping maybe one of you would know.
