Two for me today. Ballyburke in the 2:35 at Cork looks very well handicapped with a much high rating over fences that hurdles. Has gone very over heavy ground previously, so hopefully with the 2 stone in hand it has over the top weight, it will have the stamina to keep going until the line. Think 14/1 is a massive price. Other one is Clondaw Warrior at 6/1. Boring selection, but this is another well handicapped one which has showed some cracking form over the flat and should be as fit as a flea for this one.

Fancy Blue Heron in the Greatwood. Beat Parlour Games LTO who won here on Friday and beat some useful sorts. 14/1

Any hope for the Hurricane today?

hard to see Dodging Bullets get beat today.
loves cheltenham, prefers cut in the ground, always runs well first time out.

If he's ever going to beat Jezki this season, today would be the day.

What an excellent ride by Kieron Edgar on Unique De Cotte.

Looked beaten coming down the hill, angled him to come up the stand side turning in and he slipped, when he got there he mightn't have had room when the race unfolded so he switched him to the other side before the last hurdle and threw the sink at him to pass at least 4 to get the win.

    Some gamble on him too.

I don't get chase racing. There could be 200 lengths between 1st and last.
Plus top 3 in market will win 90% of races. No value.I like big prices.

Surely that is a positive for punters?

Emerging Talent slowed a lil when Vyta drifted right over to him. That little bit of hesitation saw Vyta home.

You would think so. You could have back the top two in that race and come out 2 pts up . 6 horses yet a two horse race. Fields of 22 tend to be a 4 horse race.
I'm talking a bit of nonsense ,I know. But the results today will show that top 3 will win most races regardless of size of field.

Hurricane looked very well before the race, and a little more forward than Jezki, which was shown in the race.

He clattered two out and had no business winning after that. If he liked cheltenham he would have 4 champion hurdles the best hurdler of all time.

Was in punchestown today, had no bet on the Mogiana but my throat was soar from roaring Hurricane fly home. It was epic stuff and he got a heroes welcome. Some days are just special at the track.

Was a great atmosphere there, alright. It's lovely to see hear the 'stars' receive such appreciation from the crowd.
