I think it's worth to browse the selections @ Regatta . They deliver to Ireland for GBP 8.50 but if you get more stuff not as bad. UK delivery is 3.95 quid so PM doesn't have too much advantage here. I was after a gilet could buy it nearly half price. The range might not be for everyone but could be useful for others.

Saw this post last week while I was in the market for a new jacket.

Ordered this one on friday http://www.regattaoutlet.co.uk/mens/jackets/waterproof-jackets/matthews-jacket-navy.html for 15 + 8.50 sterling postage (about 30eu) and arrived today.

Was not expecting it to be of as high a quality as it is.

Pictures made it look much lighter and cheaper than it actually is. Postage is expensive but it's sent by courier but for what I got and what I paid I am very happy, thanks OP.

Cheers Calex, ordered that too based on your review. Was a bit concerned that they would be tat ( similar to the Caterpillar range on Sportsdirect ). Added 2 fleece for about 50€ all in. Happy enough.

I got a large, I'm only 5'8 and it's a perfect fit on me, it's actually a gift for my dad who is same size . Would have a bit of room if I was bigger but not loads.

They have an online chat thing on the site and they were very helpful and quick to respond when I got on to them about postage and sizing etc.

Ordered the fleece in med - perfect.

Jacket is going back - med is a tad big.

Interested in these, might sound stupid but I'm 6ft 5in tall and skinny. If I go by my chest size does it somehow take my height/long arms into account.

Hate buying clothes for myself at times!
