how to make complaint on eBay customer service

    hi

    so after waiting 20min on live chat for CS I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with another dummy from eBay via live chat, he couldn't help me or answer my questions so he just disconnected.
    I want to make a complaint but of course can't find the right form on eBay (none existing)
    anyone has idea where to look for this?

    is it REALLY worth wasting your time on it?

    With tens of thousands of calls a day, will they be able to locate the person you dealt with, or indeed would they be arsedd?

    If you go through life making a complaint every time you get a small issue, you'll waste a lot of time and in the end nothing will come of it.
