Hi, we have an existing Satellite dish and functioning Ferguson Ariva Box... this is all working well..
This evening we tried to get a new Walker Combi box going in another room, cannot get it to install correctly..We selected auto satellite scan, and LNB 2, however the Band is at 0 and we have no idea what it should say....
Think its probably something fairly simply... any advice would be greatly appreciated...

By any chance, have you just plugged the aerial lead into the rf in connection?

What have you connected to the LNB in connection and does that cable go to the LNB on the dish?

in all the boxes i messed with i have an octo/8 cables from 28.2 as boxes have their own feed so should yours so no need to select lnb 2 as that is usually multisat on a diseqc which you dont have.

Those are the Unicable settings: do you have a Unicable/SCR setup? For the typical setup -'universal' LNB for 1 satellite position on a fixed dish - you want the 'Direct' option.
