    Getting a message this evening that this needs to be activated. I've watched the channel previously for Champions League matches.

    Anyone else getting am activation message?

    When I go online I can't see any way to activate.

    I had that same problem a couple of weeks ago.

    After several software reboots and various "fixes", the CS rep was finally told it was a problem effecting a number of customers. It took about 6 hours to correct.

    I presume your's is back by now.

    ive been watching this channel since it came on, and now its asking me to activate.

    disgrace.

    anywhere i can do this without spending 5hrs on the phone to an idiot

    You could post in this thread in their Talk To forum or even PM one of the reps and ask them to call you back or get someone to call you back :)

    They are online 1 - 5 daily.

    Cheers mate, turns out is an issue on their side.

    Had to ring. They resent the signals. Channel open.
