Living in a modern apartment with no damp problems. However, the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedrooms (living room is fine) often get black mould around the rubber grouting at the floor. The room has a ventilation grille but I'm assuming the problem is water condensing on the windows, breath at night, etc. Any tips…
