    Hi folks a EML came on about 2 weeks ago so I cleared it using Torque app but appeared again so I done a VCDS scan.

    The other fault is a glow plug on cylinder 4..

    That's an expensive one Mal. You need a replacement intake manifold. You should do it sooner rather than later as well because the DPF won't regen properly with that error code present.

    Cheers! ! I cleared the fault again yesterday and the DPF regenerated and no sign of the EML yet. I might try and attack it next weekend.

    I was watching these so had a look at mine and freed it with a screwdriver so it only seems to stick. I have started the car several times now and no sign of the EML again so maybe it's worth dismantling and cleaning.

    Update light still off and flap motor working perfectly I will put a e clip on it when I get time.
