I am doing an assignment and part of it is a topic we haven't covered yet (next week). I want to get ahead of the curve a wee bit because I won't have the time next week. It a simple enough paragraph I have to do -

Outline the Personnel involved in a court case?

Judge, Plaintiff, Defendant, Counsel for Plaintiff, Counsel for Defendant, yeah? but:-
What about Court Clerk? Registrar? Jury Members? Stenographer?

Not asking for anything except guidance.

EDIT: hmmm... tipstaff??? court reporter??? am i thinking into this too much?

Legal teams for both sides generally consist of a Solicitor (Guy/Gal in a suit) a Junior Counsel and Senior Counsel (in more serious matters) - Guys/Gals in capes (and wigs in front of Carney J). You might also get a glimpse of a Devil, they are apprentices to the Junior*. The solicitor may also be replaced with a paralegal in some circumstances. (How correct that is...)

OP I highly recommend popping into your local court; most people are only too happy to help you and really brings it 'to life'.

*They'll be carry boxes or gorgeous or possibly both.
