Bought a bullock (16 months old) a week ago. Put him and a few others in on the slats 2 days ago and notice this lad throwing the cud. He's very watery on the dung also.. No problem with him feeding. Eating loads. What ye think?

If he was after eating laurel/rhododendron that would make him throw the cud. Maybe he has a bit of timber tongue?

Would have seen this the odd time. Give him access to some hay or straw seems to help.
