Im battling to figure this out...paperwork required by dept in application: submission of Documents in relation to Application

The following documents shall accompany all applications forms:-

    a) In the case of fixed investments

i.a farm building layout plan to a scale of 1:500 showing the position of all the proposed fixed investments. If relevant, the exact position of each external agitation point shall be shown
ii. In the case of the removal of an end wall of a tank, to allow for an external agitation point, a drawing to a specified scale, either 1:100 or 1:200, showing all significant dimensions must be shown - internal width, length and depth. The exact position of each new external agitation point shall be shown.

I've poked out and old Dept drawing very similar to our slatted house...if I 'add on ' drawings of the 2 proposed agitation points to that, will that suffice?
    Talk about making things awkward...
