Need component replaced/soldered South Dublin

I am looking to get a Dpak-3 device removed and a new one re-soldered. I used to be able to do it myself but arthritis has won the battle. Anyone know where I could get it done in South Dublin, I am in Dalkey and happy to pay!

Thanks Chet T16, I got sorted when a friend just told me he has all the gear from a 10 week electronics course he did after early retirement!! Thank you for your kind offer, genuinely appreciated.
