    I'm moving into a friends council house with myself and my baby which is a man as he has a spare bedroom we are not a relative or a couple he's much older than me just a friend! He has a job can anyone tell me because my name will be on the rent and living there and due to him having a job would my lone parents get effected?

    It will definitely be investigated. Impossible for anyone to say what the outcome of that investigation may be.
