So I'm moving up to Dublin from cork in a months time. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for places to hang out / meet new friends?

If there is a boards beers on maybe give it a try, haven't been to one myself but they get good feedback from the looks of After Hours. Check out the Dublin event Guide. they usually have something on at the weekends and they advertise stuff that's free to do aswel. And the usual... take a class or join a club.
I should really do more of this myself. I have lived in Dublin my life and have never really felt the need to do most if not any of this.
