Im 37 and am self employed ,pay Prsi on my self assessment tax return and have never been an employee in Ireland. Am I entitled to a a non means tested pension in the future?.
Seeing as I haven't worked as an employee is this a problem?
Can I set up a company and be employed by it for this purpose?
Can I pay voluntary contributions and to whom and how?
    Thanks for any replys.
