Equivilent to Fiddler for use on Android Devices. Mac Devices and iOS devices

Does anyone know if there is an equivient to Fiddler - http://www.telerik.com/fiddler that can be used on Android Devices. Mac Devices and iOS devices I tried the http://fiddler.wikidot.com/mono on Mac Mini. It installs but wont run Anyone know of any equivilents to Fiddler that could be used on these devices Thanks

Phonegap debug is quite good:
http://debug.build.phonegap.com/

Safari (on Mac) also has built in tools when working with iOS and mobile safari, really depends on what you want to debug.
