Insulation - IAB cert & BBA cert

Hi all I am currently looking into the Xtratherm Cavitytherm product for a build. This product does not have an IAB cert but does have a BBA cert. Rep says bba is acceptable here! Is this the case? With new building regs will the arch sign off on this construction method without the IAB cert?
