Computer software for slideshow.

    Im hoping someone can help me with my query, I want to do a photo slide show and attach audio to each photo and send this to a few relations.
    Ideally some program that i can upload photos one at a time, do a voice recording on that photo etc.
    The people i be sending then to can open up and view the photos as a slideshow and be able to retrieve the recording on each photo for description.
    I hope I have conveyed what i want to do and appreciate all help, thanks.
