I find history really hard, the fact have to learn so much detail and write it in little time in the exam is freaking me out and because of this I'm considering starting music now (in 6th year)I never done it for the Junior Cert so would I catch onto the basics for the exam ? 50% towards the practical so I think I have nothing to lose by learning the subject, could possibly do better in it than history.

ANYONE have tips or predictions for HISTORY exam 2015? and also any tips for MUSIC, what will I need to learn ?

Music is tough enough at LC even for those who have studied it through the course of secondary school.

Tbh, this doesn't sound sensible to me.

Unless you're able to play an instrument at quite a good level (in which case you would know quite a bit of the theory) I wouldn't try take up Music from scratch.

Do a good local (or Irish) History Research project and you'll have 20% more or less going into the exam.
