    What fuel are you burning?
    Is it dry fuel?

Solid fuel and it's all dry i only noticed it around September was fine up to that even if I had a cracked flue liner it should not affect the draw on the stove and the soot is so wet it's like the chimney is sweating

Do you use any smokeless coal.. Burn a few buckets of ecobrite or eco glo at high heat to dry out the chimney.

I can try it but It don't make sense that for that last 14 years it was fine now this and I have had some really good fires so It should have being good enough to dry it out

"Cracking on the top cap" could be your problem.
