    Light relief? Light relief.

So, I have sore muscles and bones and, in general, feel pounded and grounded.

So, I got a little tube of something to ease the tension (see attachment).

    Do those creams actually work?

I always thought they were a bit of a cod, maybe I was underestimating them?

it contains an anti inflammatory so it would be similar to taking a brufen or some other ibuprofen tablet, only as you apply it directly to the area you get instant results. I don't think it is as strong as a tablet form but sure rubbing stuff onto yourself is always good. Also, I once put it on a spot and it disappeared as if by magic.

That actually contains medication (diclofenac sodium). It's Difene in a gel form.
Stuff like deep heat and deep freeze on the other hand, total cod

Well I'm the country's biggest fan of Difene, bar none - so I need no convincing on that front.

Just wondered if the gels actually worked. I know that the tabs certainly do!

My have to give it another go.

Try rubbing it on your balls. You'll never look back!

They actually can really help. As another poster noted, they're a level above stuff like Deep Heat etc. (and without the drama).

I feel kinda like I had a massage and had all those 'knots' kinked out. :)

All depends how bad the pain is, maybe I am just unlucky in that I don't find it particularly effective. Where the tablet are concerned I absolutely have to make sure to take them with food, because they rip my stomach apart without food.
