Just accepted an award from injuries board and waiting for the other sides insurance to accept or reject does anyone know what percentage of awards are accepted by insurance companies or do they fight them

It really depends on the case and award. Some insurance companies will usually accept, others can reject it over the slightest detail.

My advice - dont worry about it until its done!
