Insulation for workshop/shed

Well just throwing it out there because I haven't a clue about insulation,but basically I have a fair size shed 33f x 33f with solid block on flat walls up 7f and box profile cladding on sides and roof and want to insulate it my two choices were going to be either rigid board like kingspan or spray foam type which is best…
