    Freestyleing is great and you can carry accross some of the skills from onw gendre of BMX to another but this is a BMX Race Track.http://lucanbmx.ie/

    I cycle thru St Catherine Park regularly - the track and set up looks very impressive.

    Just came across a discussion for Adult Newbies trying to learn some biking skills over on bmxtalk.com

    Very useful tip for learning to pump. Remember when you were a child on a swing and learnt how to keep up the momentum by swinging your legs. Well something similar is suggested.

    No sign of anything yet. Best to ask on the FB site or if you fancy some friday night indoor racing take a look at the Dublin City BMX facebook page were you'll find details of their winter race series which is on tomorrow night.
