Load bearing wall

I live in a 1930s semi D where the bathroom and toilet are seperated by a wall. Would this wall be load bearing? It is on the first floor and one guy who quoted us for knocking it said it 'could' be supporting one of the main roof joists while another guy said it wouldnt be a load bearing wall. I thought walls on the first floor were never load bearing and that the roof joists were supported by the external walls of the house?

As you can see, I know very little about these things, so any advice would be much appreciated.

No one on this forum can tell you if it's loadbearing or not. Have an engineer advise before undertaking any structural work to your house.
