Yes I know of someone who did work with them.
    Said it was terrible.
They did a few hours of a safe administration ofmemedication course and then had to give methadone regularly to one client.

    Ah the usual staffing issues.

Non qualified staff etc etc not sure how that is now as hiqa have inspected some places.

Have you a job offer there?

Nah, I had spotted an ad for them and was thinking of getting in touch. Was just wondering if it was worth my while.

Ye it depends I suppose what your circumstances are etc.
From what I've heard I wouldn't leave a job to go there

    IS it bad?

My partner is having an interview there soon, being told that it is relief work.

She is just looking to get her foot in some door and get some experience on the old CV

Anyone have any update on this Company? I have already left another 'care' company due to lack of support, unreasonable requests and security. I don't want to get into another black hole.

They seem very focused on building up a relief staff base and then supplying these out to homes.

I believe residential, but i think they supply more of the temp or relief side of the business than anything else

I work here. its residential homes. you generally start off as relief but then become permanent in a house. such a turn over of staff that they hire a lot of relief constantly. not a great company to work for thats why everyone leaves

Worked for 2 years for Nua Healthcare and in last year treated like dirt by management in house in Allenwood in kildare, complained to human resources in Naas and got no where infact got talked down to, Safeguarding gone out the window with this company, Eventually left and love my new job, At last i get proper rates and actually paid on time, With nua rota constantly changes at drop of a hat with no notice, To many inexpierenced staff working in houses , Human resources dont care where they put new staff they are only a number...AVOID AVOID AVOID..
