Got 1 myself he is flying it. Held him back last year as he was too young but still shot 2 cocks over him in the final 2 weeks. He only pointed for a minute and rushed in. Had him out sSunday for a shot and got my first cock this year with him and he pointed it rock solid. Never seen a dog to cover ground like him he is like a greyhound running around fields

Richie, really happy to hear the pup is doing well. A few of the guys that took them keep me informed, and most seem to be doing really good.

I have the pleasure of doing some hunting with the pup the Hound has, she is flying, and showing real class for her age. I think she will be a truly smashing bitch. She seems to get better with every bird. In fairness to him and his son they put in a big effort with the pup so they are getting their fair deserts.

If you don't mind please keep me informed how the pup is getting on.

I surely will. At the minute I have 4 cocks shot over him this year. He can get a bit excited every now and again and break his set but it has only happened twice so far. He is still young and learning so I won't worry about it too much yet.
