    Hi folks, In the middle of a build at the moment and I just got a quote per sq meter for cavity bead and spray foam insulation from a company. I was just wondering how does this compare to any recently completed similar work for anybody here.
    Spec quoted for is:
    125mm empty cavity bead insulation @ 11 euro per sq meter inc. vat.
    Spray foam for attic rafters including vent card @ 23 euro per sq meter inc.vat.

    bead sounds about right.

    what depth is the spray foam.. again doesn't sound too bad. All depends on the installer and the product used.
