Irish for Primary Teaching in 1 year

I would love to become a primary teacher but need to achieve an honours Irish in LC. Where is the best place to do this course around Waterford or East Cork? Is it doable in one year? What advice would people give? Thanks.

Just wondering Molojan if you had any success. My daughter needs to get Honour in Irish and has no idea of how to go about it. She can get grinds but needs to know how to go about sitting the Irish Exam in the Leaving Cert.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
