Builder's workman damaged property

    Hi,

One of our builder's workman damaged our property over 1 1/2 year ago. We have again and again asked the builder to repair that damage.

Unfortunately, he did not fix our property, although he promised it.

We also approached the relevant workman - and had no reaction at all from him.

What legal options do we have? Workman is selfemployed, however our contract is with the builder.

    Jörn.

Legal advice is not allowed on this forum.

However, you should see a solicitor and ask him about having an engineer inspect the property and perhaps bringing legal proceedings.
