Anti Water Meter Protest Vs Farmers Protest

Something for people to think about .

This post has NOTHING to do with the Farmers and their protest.

It has everything to do with how the Gardai are policing the protest compared to water meter protests.

"We drove to the Kepak Meat plant in Clonee today to view the farmers protest organised by the IFA.
What we witnessed was a protest by about 200+ farmers which closed this meat plant and 14 others around the country.
Workers were locked out of work and will be for 48 hours in total.

The farmers protested in the same peaceful way as Water Charge protesters the only difference was the stance taken by the Gardai.

With the farmers shutting down and barricading a factory we witnessed one single Garda directing traffic.

With water protesters protecting their homes against Water Meters and protesting against the charges we have up to 30 Gardai being sent into north Dublin estates and forcing water meters on people who don't want them why?
It can only be orders coming from above as to why the Gardai are treating protesters differently. It is well known big farmers are friends of the Fine Gael party. Their MEP Sean Kelly is the ex-leader of the IF A.
Or is it that Denis O Brien owns GMC Sierra and is alleged to be very friendly with Enda Kenny only meeting him this week
