Finally something is done..but it's done to a small trainer and it's for only one horse in one race over the weekend..the rating system is an absolute joke and picking the odd example out like below when there was probably another 6 horses in the same race doing the same thing shows how weak the authorities are...

The whole idea that horses blot their copy book or win a race and are raised enough weight that they wouldn't have the capability to win another handicap until the following season is an example that says it all. If you ask me its organisations than run the rating systems that need to have a look at themselves. The idea they sell that this carry on is not a daily affair is absolutely laughable..the rating system needs serious refinement and sorry to say if it doesn't get the refinement it needs this will continue to be the usual in every handicap race from Ireland to the UK

It's like being a security guard in a shop and watching 10 people on a daily basis rob money from the till, have camera footage of all of it but only choose one person per day to charge..

THE Naas stewards banned Mount Corkish Girl from running for 60 days after looking into the running and riding of the five year old mare in the 2m maiden hurdle on Saturday afternoon.

Just had a quick look at the race there and hard to pick out that one out of the whole field. And it's always a small trainer who is done. If it was on the colours of JP, nothing would be said.

Unless JP gets cheeky with the naming like he did with Take a Stroll that time.
