Sorry about the length of the topic :o

My parents are in the US at the moment and I want them to pick up some stuff for me, unfortunately most of the sites won't allow my credit card through their sales process, any tips/advise? The sites I'm trying are Michael Kors, Macy's and Guess.

Shop around - I buy online from the US both for US delivery and Irish delivery all the time.

    Some sites might take paypal.
The problem you can run into is that some companies will only ship to the billing address, so obviously that won't work for an Irish card

Or spin to Kildare Village this weekend for extra 20% off Coach, Furla, Any Hindmarch etc (you need to register online first)

I've been told you can set the billing address to whatever you like.

I had 1 of those cards before and it was a nightmare to use while in the states, out of principle I won't use it again.
