    Hi i have a coin from a family owners collections who has passed away and i'm getting completely mixed opinions from different sources as to value, from 50quid to 15,000euro.

    Its a CHINA. Manchurian Provinces. 3 Mace 6 Candareens (50 Cents), Year 33 (1907) with 33rd year year of kuang hsu wrote on it and its from the Manchurian provinces. Its in fair condition.

    If you could post some pictures would be a great help. Some quick searching around has shown some 1907 Manchurian coins available seen the 20 cents not seeing the big money end of the scales but a nice few quid I would say at a guess. Is it silver or gold by any chance?

    The coin according to the wiki article sold for about 5000 euro in that auction graded and verified and all. Your best bet in this case for an idea on the value is to take it to a coin dealer or someone who can grade coins and take it from there. I personally would take it to the next coin fair whenever that is.
