Scummy Dubs moving to rural areas.

Over the last 20 years or so theres been a lot of Dublin people moved out to other parts of the country.Among these it seems are a large number of heroin addicts,gangland criminals,scumbags and general lowlifes.How do the long term residents feel about this influx?This story sums it up,Edenderry is a small ,quiet town in Offaly and the pond life in this article is now resident there.The locals must be delighted.

Can we please stop using the word Scum to describe everyone and everything that happens lately.

I saw it being used, and even worsely thanked, in a thread about a single mother who as far as we are aware is innocent of any "scumminess" in the true sense of the word.

They've moved a few large Dublin crime familys into my locality in the past few years, the pests have continued with their criminal ways except there's even less Garda resources to deal with them. Great thinking whoever decided that decision.
