Chinese, Italians and Irish Channels

Hi guys, still working on the house and next project is a satellite dish.. Now I kinda get that I can buy 1 single dish that will allow me to get both Chinese and Italian channels (those i need) If I wonna get Irish also, I need to have an aerial and a receiver box that can get both dish channels and aerial channel?…
