    The first German spy executed, 100 yrs to the day, during WWI has Carl Hands Lody who was arrested in Killarney. He seems to have made quite an impression at the time and was held in high regard even by those who were his "enemy".

    100 years? Jaysus! Seems like only yesterday auld Carl Lody or (Lody Baby as we called him) was spying his little head off around the place.
