Just a quick question. What are the CGT declaration dates for 2014?

15 December for gains made in the first 11 months and 31 January for gains made in December.

    Two extra questions.

Can I claim my broker fees, government levies and taxes against my CGT?

How do I take into account Encashment Tax?

    Thanks in advance

Yeah, you'd claim deductions for commission, levies and stamp duty for for CGT purposes.

Encashment tax is withheld on income (rather than gains). Foreign income to be precise. Credit is available against your income tax liability (or a refund if you had no liability). Not a CGT item though.
