    I did a 4 mile handicap race in Tinryland (Carlow) on 26th Dec last year. Seems to be an annual event with a good turnout. THe frost made it interesting underfoot.

    good race too, started it the last two years, finished the first, hamstring blew last year at the 1 mile mark and i had to call for the wifebulance to come collect me. will be giving it a crack this year again. great way to knock off the xmas day dinner
