I booked flights through skyscanner with Vayama. There are bad reviews mostly to customer service tho.
Has anyone used this site before?

How did you get on with your dealings with Vayama.ie
I'm about to book with them and not sure if it's safe to do so

I used them when they were called budgetair.ie

The airline cancelled the flight we were due to be on, about 3 months before flying and budgetair/vayama were very easy to deal with, very helpful and would gladly use them again.

However, I have heard of others on the net having issues with them, but I didn't have any problems

Flew to Thailand with Etihad booked through budgetair which is now vayama. Got another flight to Oz next Friday and have found them great to deal with. The big issue is if you need to change any part of your flight it's a minimum of 300 quid plus the fare difference so make sure your happy with your dates

Search for the post on Trip Advisor about Vayama.

I can't post the link because apparently I'm too 'new' on Boards.ie, well there you go!.

I think the best thing is to beware and probably spend an extra few € to guarantee that your Flights will be ok.

I just came across this today and see that I never replied as to how I got on. Anyway, I used them to fly to Thailand and everything turned out great. We flew with Etihad and spaced around €160 by using Veyama

I got my flights for Bali via LHR and KUL with them and had no problems.

Almost missed my connection in LHR tho, which if had of happened woulda left me up **** creek since when youre dealing with a broker theres very little the airline will do, as I understand.

Absolute rubbish. I missed a connection a few months back and BA didn't treat me any differently at all.
